Idea for iphone app

Just curoius what you guys think.  I cleaned up the iphone app.  It's almost ready to be tested, I need to register with Apple.  What would you guys think about the app having a simple IRC chat client for the 2o2p chat room?  By simple I would mainly support simple messaging.  Would that be something you would want on a mobile platform?  There is a really nice IRC client for the iphone out there though that I would suggest you grab.  It's open source.  http://colloquy.mobi

It would depend on how you were charged for messaging. I personally don't have unlimited messaging and At&t charges you like you are sending a text message when you chat. So everytime someone would post something new up in sitechat it would count towards my total messages.

It isn't messaging though, it's IRC. It's just network usage.
