I wish government had a sense of humour

I am trying to write a presentation for my boss... I work for the feds, if you remember. Anyway: I wantt o put a tinge of humour in it. This shit is dry as hell... why not smaile about it.

but it's a no go. Government is just too uptight. Maybe it's becasue if we seem to be light, it means that we see the problem as inconsequential. But we are all human: we tackle our problems with a mixture of humour and dedication: it's how we do things. Obviously some things are no laughing matter... but DAYUM!
