I've achieved, then got an online asskicking

Well, finally completed all the missions in BF:BCo on Normal, got my achievements, plus picked up some of the other ones. Collected all the collectibles, nailed a helicopter with a J-Dam,  knocked down a small forest, etc etc. I feel pretty good about it. Then decided to try the online component of the game - ouch. Man, I died. A lot. I think I managed to get one kill in a 30 minute session. I don't know if people find some way to cheat on this thing, but everyone seemed to move a lot faster than I could, and it seemed there was a lot of spawn camping. Even using cover well, taking careful aim, staying out of the open fields and just standing there (right, Smithcraft? I'm working on this), I still got shot to hell, probably by a rampaging horde of 12-year olds. Glad I wasn't wearing the headset.


I'll keep on trying. It'd be cool if there was like some kind of room or party for noobs - if anyone's got any tips, I'm open!

I think there is a battlefield FoF tag, but I couldn't find it to link up for you. Probably buried deep in the FPS forum. Clan Fossil is a battlefield based clan. Don't know if they are recruiting, but you still might be able to hit them up for advice or a link to the FoF. Fossil might also volunteer a few folks your own age to shoot you to hell. Could be a refreshing change of pace.
