@Bump - It is both. But mainly it is the servers that are borked

Oh Kenny is in the game.......you just have to amass 2800 battle points to get to him, which means you have to play a full game, which means you have to get into a game, which means you have to find a server, which means KAOS needs to get OFF THEIR ASSES!!!!!!!!!
