I suck!
I made beer battered cheese curds today! They were a disaster! When they said I could deep fry cheese I shoulda asked to try ice-cream! It was a frakking mess. Melted fat filled cheese on one side, burnt and nasty batter on the other. Not a single one turned out.
Its hit an miss with me. Some recipes I feel like a god when I make them, then others totally destroy any fanciful idea that I may have the slightest clue as to whats happening in the kitchen.
Oh well last time I attempt to deep fry cheese people! lol Thats right! Cheese people! I fry them to death!
On the bright side the spicey sausage and kale chowder I made last weekend was wonderous and the Italien soda syrops I concocted, continue to dazzle and amaze all comers! Huzzah! They are great when served with toasted sandwhiches.
