I Need A 360
Several among us are moving to Gear of War, and damnit, I want to be one of them. I'm tired of Halo now, and GoW seems to be a great alternative from everything I've read. I told my wife I wanted a 360 for Christmas and she just sort of laughed at me. :( At least I'm getting Spliter Cell Double Agent this week so I can play that for a while.

Man, I hope my Halo skills will become as \"dried up\" as yours one day Bio.\r

Maybe something new/change will \"moisten\" you up!
Sometimes if you take a break from it for a while, you'll come back fresh and do better. Often times we get stuck in ruts, making the same auto-pilot decisions over and over. By definition the only way to improve is to do something differently than you were before, so taking a break helps. When you come back, especially if you've been watching some VoD in the meantime, you'll find that you're not running on auto-pilot as much and you're thinking more about decisions you make. Most of my big improvements have come from taking a break, watching VoD, and then spending enough time once I come back to help build my new habits into my muscle memory.
Biorod, teddybear is in the same fix. I am trying to scrape together my pennies for a 360 for him (OK and myself too ;)) and he is also getting Splinter Cell this weekend to tide him over. So add cdlyTeddybear to your friends list. He rented it last weekend and found multiplayer pretty hard was getting discouraged. I am sure he could use a buddy.
Mo always gives good advice buddy and Soup sounds anxious to help.\r
