I give up!

So after two weeks starting the third, I still am not getting any help from my boss reguarding my idiot side kick they hired me... here was our last convo...

I never heard if you had a chance to talk to him or not (about speed etc). I know as of the end of week 2 it isn’t getting any better I almost end up finding more things he can’t do vs he can do. Dan and I had him set the bottom stock of bay 1 in the Multimedia set, (the product was for the bay was all that was left on a pallet) it took him a hour. I am really concerned about our ability to keep our schedule when he slows things down this much.

And here is the reply i got back....

Guys we need to work as a team I want the reset guys in the store at 7:00 am to start the resets Ryan should be at the store between 6:30 and 7:00 am to check in with management and find the product, Roger should be there between 7:00 and 7:30 am to start the set. If you don't work as a team it will be hard to get anything done.

Dear god this makes me want to spit... I really wouldnt be so pissy if this guy wasnt taking money out of my pocket by just showing up... =
