Hotel Rooms Ready....... Soon?

Well once again we are waiting on the hotel to get our group rates into the system and after the call I made today I was assused this would be ready no later then Monday of next week.  Sorry to keep you all waiting to book your rooms, but if I had my way they would have been ready at the start of ticket sales. 

In any event I ask that NO ONE book their rooms until they are in the system as those will not count toward our total goal.  Also, try as hard as humanly possible not to book rooms at other hotels as this drasticly increases the chances of me having to pay for any empty rooms out of pocket.  I want to have as much as possible for the charity  so any money saved it money earned for them  Thanks again and I'll update ASAP.
