Hoping to improve!

I'm new to the blogging thing even though I am a major computer geek. I don't do a heck of a lot besides work, family, and gaming, so please don't expect any earth shattering content here. Right now I'm into Halo 3. I never got a chance to play Halo 2 before, so I came into the Halo series not knowing a thing and it took me a long time and a lot of games to even know what was going on. I am still only at about a skill level 17 and I have mostly done slayer type games up to this point. I like any of the game types in Halo 3, but I always seem to gravitate to the slayer matches. The reason I came to 2old2play was to find some good people to game with, avoid the "Timmies", and hopefully improve my playing a bit. Since I am not great at Halo I won't have a ton of personal tips and tricks to share with the community at this point. What I will do for now is share pointers to any useful information I may stumble upon that helps me improve my game, so that other newcomers to Halo may benefit from it as well. It will also give me a nice repository for my Halo material in case I need to go back and review it again. I hope you enjoy the blog.
