Hopefully coming soon

I found out today that our yearly bonus will be issued at the normal time instead of towards the end of March like I had originally heard.  What does this mean?  Why it means this:

Maybe.  There's several other basses I'm looking into, this one does look badass though.  But I should be getting my bonus either this Friday or next, so I am pretty happy about that.

And for the record, I used to play bass.  I was pretty good actually, but quit playing a little before my son was born.  One of the guys who came over from the plant that closed is a drummer, he knows a guitarist and a singer...sounds like a good time coming up.  But like I said, I haven't messed with the bass seriously in about 15 years.  Its going to take a little to get back in the groove, but I am up for it.  I need to relearn some basic stuff and we're going to set up a list of songs we want to play and go from there.  My drummer buddy is into all kinds of music, I got him into Maiden (which he thoroughly enjoys) and he likes oldschool 70s and 80s metal, along with Southern rock.  Should be a diverse list lol. 

Hopefully this pans out, I think it would be a lot of fun to play again.
