    Back home with my beloved Effie!! Awesome! Came home early, returning Saturday morning, and it was wonderful to be back in her arms!!

    Had a rough week at work, and it was made a bit rougher by a corn that developed on the inside of my little toe! Guess the rubbing by some tight sneakers made a dime-sized blister/corn pop up on it. And that dang thing hurt!! I switched to a looser pair of sneakers at my beloved Effie's suggestion, and it was much more bearable. I'm hoping that it clears up, 'cuz walking around with a sore corn is about as miserable as you get when you spend 12 hours walking and standing around! Moving on...
