Yes, it does hurt. I ice it twice a day and the doctor has limited my activity until Thursday and then I can slowly get back to my morning walks. The reason for this is if I use the muscles too much and don't let them heal, there is a chance that calcium deposits will form and start forming bone material. But, I learned my lesson.
Looks like my 360 will reach it's destination today so it is a matter of time before I get mine back or a replacement. So, I will be at Best Buy this Sunday to try my luck with the Elite.
Would you rather eat airline food for a week or eat hospital food for a week?
Hmm, I think I would go on a diet for a week.

I loved the Heroes return. Think about it, if the battle between Sylar and Peter had been in the first episode, the show wouldn't have made it this far. Such massive power has to be introduced slowly. They took the proper time. I think we'll see a similar fight in four weeks.\r

Every show needs an arch-villian. Sylar is very Darth Vader like. I hope they don't kill him permanently.
Looks to be healing well, good luck with with recovery as well as with the Elite: no one seems to take preorders. The Gamestop I last talked with said, ya we might get three. GRRRRR!
