Hello 2Old2Play

I figured I would do a quick intro on my blog. I am a 48 year old gamer (old right) who started gaming on Pong. I have been in and out f gaming almost all my life, from Atari, Intellivision to Dreamcast and Xbox. I also loved hand held units like Coleco Football, Sega game gear, up to the DS. I kind of gave up on gaming just before the 360 came out because of life but over the last 10 years I have been getting back into it. When i returned to gaming I started with a Wii. I chose the Wii for the user interface, the Wiimote and Nunchuck system. I loved the interface but soon found out that the games and graphics. When i moved to the Xbox360, I had to re-learn the control systems and I have learned that my reflexes aren't what they use to be. Although I do like some competitive gaming I find myself to be more of a social gamer, I like hanging out with folks working together but not taking myself too serious. Besides gaming I run a small travel business and write for an online tech blog called The Gadgeteer. Of the two the writing is what I love, I get to review neat and interesting items that range from flashlights to roller skates (watching me, a 48 year old try to skate again is not funny. good thing I have decent medical insurgence.) and almost anything inbetween.
