HEEEELLLPPP

I don't get to play on a regular basis, although I could make some time.  I currently like to play Forza2.  I need help learning how to adjust tuneups on my cars.  I just can't seem to make anything work.  I was gifted a car and it drives very nice, could be better if I worked on my driving.  This tells me that if I could set up my cars I could do better.  Can anybody direct me to some setup sites?
