Happy Holidays

Well, we had a bad snow/blizzard thing the other night.  It was bad for 2 reasons.

One.  there was a snowman worth of snow and ice UNDER the hood of the Hyundai.  Now it sputter, stalls, misfires and will not go faster than 8mph.  Lovely. 

Two.  I've been busy/lazy/poor and haven't gotten out xmas shopping.  Since the car died I figured I'd wait until the wife got home from work at 5:30 and take the jeep.  Oh wait, I can't see 15 feet in front of me because the snow is coming down like crazy - scratch that.  I'll just make her some coupons for sexy man loving or something.

About a year and a half ago I noticed a spot on one of my molars.  Being a manly man, I decided to ignore it and hope that it went away.  Didn't happen.  Today I got $95 (after insurance) of work done to fix 2 cavities.  The good news is that I didn't wait any longer.  Apparently, one was on the verge of root canal.  The sucky thing is that I've never had a cavity before and now I have two fillings.  Maybe I shouldn't have taken like 15 years off from the dentist.....at least the fillings are white and nearly invisible.  I had the lady put my phone in my mouth and take a pic after she drilled it - you can't see it as well as I hoped though.

Why don't they have a keyboard that I can put on my lap and use to talk to them when my mouth is propped open?  It could use the microsoft sam voice or something.

Apparently there is no way to hold a legal hold'em poker tournament.  It's perfectly legal to hold a video game tournament though because it is a skill competition.  What if I held an xbox 360 hold'em poker tournament?  I assume that would be legal?  $100 buy in, new accounts and game installed on each box.......maybe?
