I didn't notice any midnight sales at Comp-USA, Frys, KMart/Sears, Target or Fred Meyer stores, so you may just want to call and ask.

It appears the CircuitCity about a mile from my place will be holding a midnight event. Since I'll be working until 11pm, and driving past the store to get home, I guess I should stop in and check out teh madnesses. Being also about one mile away from two colleges, the place should be packed. Maybe get a few pictures and get out. Then on Tuesday morning get up and out to my nearest KMart when it opens. Sometimes maturity pays off.

I'm so smart that I switched my pre-order to the Best Buy near me that had a midnight sale. Then I found out the original store I had ordered from is having one too. Now I have to drive 5 minutes further - that's five minutes I won't be playing Halo 2 (on the front-end) or Halo 3 (on the ass-end of the drive).

Honestly Everybody out there if you didn't pre order you copy just run into 7-11. they will also be doing midnight releases of the game. pick up a slurpee and your copy of halo at midnight( call to make sure the one in palm springs got 30 copies)
