Had it.
It's time for them to leave.
Thank god they are on Wednesday.
But I've had it. 5.5 weeks. Ain't gonna happen ever again. Ever.
I'm tired of hearing the judgmental statements, tired of them doubting why my wife is doing Mary Kay to her face, tired of listening to them talk with their mouth full at the dinner table, chewing with their mouths open, and taking stuff with their hands instead of using utensils.
I'M TRYING TO TEACH MY CHILD POLITE TABLE MANNERS! Granted, I'm not perfect when it comes to table manners (I let the cat sit on the table while we eat), but those 3 breeches of table etiquette irk the shit out of me.
I want my house back. I want to clean it the way I like it cleaned. I want to fold my clothes the way I fold them, not the way they fold them. I want to put my own clothes away. I'm a former Marine damnit, I have shit organized a certain way. I don't put clothes away pell mell.
I want my TV back. I don't want to watch HGTV, or re-runs of "House" on USA. I want to watch my DVR shows like "Rescue Me" and other risque shows without having to hear some judgmental remark about what I am watching.
I'm tired of hearing how I should be raising my daughter. She's my daughter, not yours.
My daughter has trouble sleeping in her bed at night. She'll go to sleep in her bed, but eventually end up in ours. We've tried a lot of things. Rewards, consequences, etc... none worked.
I'm trying something new. Instead of climbing into our bed when she wakes up in the middle of the night, she gets to sleep on the floor (on an air mattress) next to our bed. Once she gets comfortable doing this, I'll start moving the mattress farther and farther away from the bed... eventually into her room hopefully.
I don't care if you don't think it will work. I'm giving it a try. I don't need to hear your opinion about this multiple times. I heard you the first time, and I chose to ignore it.
I don't care if you think we shouldn't get a big dog and that you think a smaller dog would be better. I've lived my entire life with big dogs, and have also owned small ones. I don't like "Yip" dogs. Coming from someone who's never owned a dog in her entire life, your opinion means less-then-nothing to me.
I've had it.
ARGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!
