Gripshift, part IV

A more recent forum entry on the official Gripshift forums, by the administrator (Mario) says,

The Level Editor will be made available at a later date.

I have closure on why I can't find the editor, and it may explain periodic updates of the download.

I'm a little worried that the level editor will have PSP spec memory, because I had some great ideas for courses that just wouldn't fit.
