Here is a link to the CrossFit Camp Pendleton blog site.


It's where we post the daily workouts and post our results, comments, and smack talk to each other. I post the daily blogs and another Marine I work with takes the rest days and post great articles and more in depth blogging stuff related to crossfit.


Why do I want you to check it out, you ask? Well...watch the video that is linked on todays workout...it's titled Nasty Girls. You will see one of the many reasons that Crossfit has become a part of my life just as much as video games. Plus I thought it would be nice to share the AWESOME HOTNESS on that vid. Holy Fing shit...what the fuck are you all eating down at pendleton. That was crazy!!!\r \r Mad props to the ladies...jesus christ I would have died after the first set of squats..

That vid was of the CrossFit HQ trainers in Santa Cruz. \r \r As far as our diets at Pendleton, we've been eating the same thing for about 6 years now...\r \r ...terrorists.
