As a few of you know, I was trying to platinum God of War. For me, this was the most anticipated game of 2010, and I wasn’t disappointed.


 


The music in God of War is one of its strong points. I love the barbaric music they play in the Challenge of the Gods mode. It just brings out the "Inner Warrior" in me, as I beat the inner crap out of them.


 


Hades is my favorite boss with his demented voice taunting me during battle. (Hades is in need of some inner child therapy.) And that Zeus! He took a lot of foot stompin’. I drummed the buttons till my hands felt numb. At times, I wondered WTD was I thinkin’ trying to plat this game! But at the same time, I loved every second of it. Parts of this game are downright demented. Like when Kratos disfigures Hercules’s face and poor Hermes will never run again...lol I’ll stop there…lol

Then I heard it! The sound the PS3 makes when you get a trophy. Just in case my ears deceived me, I looked at the top right corner of my screen. Low and behold I saw the platinum trophy I was working so feverish for. An impish smile graced my face. I’m not one to make big commotions, but I jumped up ran in a few circles singing praises.


 


Do I feel like a badazz? Why, yes, yes I do.

What the developers planned for their fans is pure torture. They borderline on evil. I can see those Santa Monica developers laughing as they wrote code to drive us insane! But I stand before you victorious!


 


I have to say I still love the original God of War, but God of War III is one awesome game! It was a thrill ride and I was sad to see end.


 


 


Now, if you’ll excuse me, while I dance the freakin’ dance of V - I - C - T - O - R - Y ! ! !

Sorry about the line spacing in the blog. I'm not sure why it took my spaces out. It wasn't easy getting that video in there.\r \r Thank you, thank you!\r \r I have been feeling badazz all day just knowing I Plat God of War. \r \r Monkeyboy, you need to play it. It will help your inner Zen...LOL\r \r Next I'll plat Killzone....LOL ummm, rightttttt.

Big congrats, I started my second playthrough, but it's been slow going since Gamefly decided to send me awesome games for once.

thanks Automan. Too many games is a good thing. Soon you'll be in your fort. Will the kitty's be allowed in?\r \r Every time I go into fix my blog it just won't take anything I do. I give up on that darn thing. Not like it matters...lol
