God I hate the Press

Remember that story in the news last week regarding the 20 decapitated Iraqi bodies found Southeast of Bagdhad? Pretty sensational right?

Did you know that story was completely false? I bet you didn't.

Even though the initial story was front page news on several websites and newspapers, the retraction that followed was buried on/in those same sites.  (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/19528165/)

I hate the Press. I hate them for slanting either left or right, but rarely ever walking down the middle.

I hate their basic dishonesty when they take quotes out of context, or switch the words in quotes to make the quote fit their story.

Blah.
