Gidoff my proppity!
What a relief to find this site! I'm not THAT damn old, but playing with all these Timmies (how perfect!) makes me feel like a curmudgeon -- what with the off-key singing into the mic, the pasty "gangstas," and the smack-talking mouth-breathers I was thinking I was 83 instead of 38. I resorted to drinking Red Bull before getting on-line to try to be as hyper-spastic as some of these crumb-snatchers are but all I got was jittery.
I wanted to play Rainbow 6: Vegas very, very badly. I bought it and it was just as fantastic as I hoped it would be -- until I got on-line. Timmy, Timmy, everywhere Timmy. So I formed a clan and invited people on GameFAQ's to join. Well, aside from Gh0std4wg (who introduced me to this site) I think the whole clan has turned out to be under 20 -- nice guys, mind you, and good players, but definitely from another world than mine. I want to play Team Survival, where caution and strategy are paramount, and they clamor for Team Sharpshooter, where infinite spawns reward the fast-twitch Halo-style run-and-gunner. I want to keep the mic open for team info and they want to talk about nachos.
Whew. So -- any takers for some tactically-approached R6V?
