If you've never had them look up what to do not to get them.  I'm not kidding.
If you do get them. See a doctor, they can get you better stuff than Prep H.

Like the women say, it always hurts the first time. Then, so I've heard, it itches/tickles while healing (which is either feels good or is really annoying). \r \r May the cream and medicated cleaning pads be with you...

Better yes. Now it itches non-stop. But you can't dig and scratch or that will cause inflammation again.

My wife just had one just before the Holidays. She waited a few days before she saw a doctor and wished she hadn't. Her's was so bad they had to cut it and squeeze out a clot.
