So there I was playing cod online with another 2o2p'r on one of the "stimulus" boards that looks similar to karachi. To make along story short I was about to prestige the 2nd time around so i was using whatever guns I could level up just to get the quick xp. The game was domination and we ran into a group of kids playing with the same clan name and all singing miley cyrus or whatever. Of all of the hours I have logged onto this game I have never heard of a "spawn trap". Im sure some of you have, but i havent. I learned what it was because it was happening to me and I had no idea how to get out of it. They had this board locked down so tight that u couldnt get anywhere near either of the flags so our team could respawn elsewhere. Am I wrong to be pissed about a Spawn Trap??? I think im jealous because I wouldve like to be the one trapping, but over all i think it took away from the game. im just spitballin here people. tell me what you think?

It depends. If they didn't capture any of the flags and they just cornered you for the sake of making you sad, then they suck. If they did take two flags then cornered you, then they used excellent teamwork to win the match.

I too have been the unfortunate target in spawn trapping. I agree with you that it does take away from the game. Its really bad when you get trapped with that damned chopper gunner. I understand wanting to win but thats just a shitty way to do it.

I like to spawn trap. Take 2 flags and watch all firing lanes and chokepoints. The other team is basically helpless. It makes me happy.

Spawn trapping is a way of life in Article 15. It's been a common tactic since COD4 (and maybe earlier but that's the one I started with).\r \r To get out, your team needs to switch to a Marathon class with smoke.

lol..iamtheliquor. no surprise there huh.. now that I have been a member of 2o2p i am fortunate enough to have people that all have on headsets and want to push thru it. your right too Venom that did work for me, but no one would come with me.
