Explaining Final Fantasy VII Limit Breaks in Detail
It has occured to me that Final Fantasy VII limit breaks become more powerful when certain conditions are met. For example, Yuffie's Doom of the Living can deal more damage than her Level 4 Limit Break All Creation. The multi-hit effect of this ridiculously powerful skill (when couples with the Conformer, all hell breaks lose) can easily wipe out groups of enemies or a single boss - the effectiveness of a Limit Break depends on what the party is against at. Let me explain further, if you dont mind.
Looking over Red XIII's Cosmo Memory, this attack can deal 9999 damage when stat conditions are met - what do you think stands out? Cosmo Memory or Lunatic High? Red is a good physical attacker but, the Morph Materia lets you obtain Power Sources from the Triceratruck (?) from Gongaga virtually equipping the party with nerves of steel. Going back to the Limit, I experimented on Red and made him a white mage of some sort - his Lunatic High plus the Cure3 and Life 2 Materia made him a valuable healer and attacker as well.
The contributors at FF7 Citadel may have spent most of their times writing custom research papers about Limit Breaks as they were able to decipher the usefulness of every attack. I recently ported Final Fantasy VII for my PSP and got the chance to share with you what I've learned from my the past and present. Actually, the only thing that comes near Cloud's Omnislash are Tifa's martial arts moves - these combos deal 9999-ish damage if the Premium Heart is inserted on her knuckles. Very devastating indeed.
By the way, for an extra kick out of Final Fantasy VII, I discovered a glitch that enables you to enter Materia Cave without a special chocobo. Regards to the guys at FF7 Citadel (again) for this snapshot.
