ELITE

First in line on Sunday to get the Elite from Best Buy!!!.  The really sad thing is that at opening there was only one other person in line.  Dastard and I sat in the parking lot looking like dorks for 2 hours.  That boy can bitch, let me tell you!  For two hours all I heard was "I could have slept for two more hours."  Anyway, the little black beauty is hooked up and ready to go.  I still haven't gotten the 360 back from M$, but that's okay.  I decided that the hard drive from the 360 can be used on the Elite when I want to play until the 360 gets back.  Then I don't have to recover my gamertag or worry about transferring all my game saved information from one box to the other.

Why does that matter?  Well, the 360 is going traveling with me after classes are over.  The Elite will stay home and be for the family and entertainment system.  The boys and Dastard will use that one and if I want to join then I can use the memory stick from mine.  Does that make sense?  No, too bad.

I'm sure people want a review, but I have actually been able to stay away from it yesterday.  I know, mentally ill, Dastard thinks so too, but I have one final on Monday and I need to do well.  If I start gaming now, I won't get my work done and I'll be kicking myself all summer and next year for the drop in GPA.  Therefore, I will TRY to get on Thursday night with the clan for a bit and maybe, just maybe sometime this weekend when I'm tired of looking at my notes and need a break.

Then I can give a review.  Although, I have to admit, I'm not sure it will be much different than the 360.  Therefore, I did get the two year extended warranty from Best Buy.
