DUDE, you're gettin' a DELL

Ok...So, I've had a few mishaps this past 6-8months with computers.   In November, I think, I punched my thumb through the LCD on my laptop...I'm gonna sell it, it's only a little more than a year old...you know just long enough for the warranty to not cover it!  GRRRR...View Image 
I'm taking classes through the community college, and a few of them are online...thus, I NEED a computer.  So, I bought a new one.   I was talkin' to Mike James about it, and he warned me about some Dell related stuff.  Thanks Mike!  So yesterday, I was rippin' some music onto my computer, and all of the sudden it quick playing.  Now...there was still sound on my computer, just not from my music players.  View Image  I am a music fiend, and I can't really live with out it.  So, when I got back from dinner last night, I got on line and did the "online chat with a technician..."  And, he fixed the sound problem, but then something happened to my wireless card.  UGH!
It was too late at night for me to start the whole process over, plus I was gonna have to call. 
So, this morning I called...and I got the nicest lady...she re-installed my wireless card in a snap, and now I have sound and wireless internet.  View Image  But all of the sudden, I can't scroll using the touch pad on my laptop...UGH!!   View Image   WILL IT EVER END!!!

Man that sucks!! I got a Dell XPS laptop for Christmas and it is kick ass, no problems at all! I think I purchased the extended warranty so it's covered for 5 years. But no complaints here, video card rocks (great for WoW), great memory, built in web cam and tons of other cool stuff!
