  Here I had the entire weekend planned. Get some gear out of storage, make a nice dinner for us, then play some games online. A great day until my sugar level shot over 500. When your sugar level gets that high, you hurt like you have the flu and you vision gives you a fit. I think I was awake like 4 hours all day yesterday total. I'm too chicken shit to test today but my body tells me it's come down some but still high. You try to involve yourself in things as much as you can to keep your mind off of it because stress will cause it to rise as well but nothing helps much. Today's another day though so we'll see how it goes. Peace out.

Start a sliding scale insulin, man.

I do that but the Doctor says my body resists insulin unlike nobody else. He may wind up trying the pump.

Dude that sucks to hear man....I just found out that I have diabetes about two weeks ago...they are putting me on pills >.> Def. scary to think about stuff like that

Don't think about it, just enjoy the moment that it's pills alone. learn all you can and watch the intake and maybe by the Grace of God you won't never have to have shots.
