Days after Christmas

Tis two days after Christmas and all through the house.  The youngest step son has arrived and turned on the box...

OMG,  the three red rings.

So, I look for the BB replacement plan and head out to the store.  Now Geek boys need to check to make sure it actually is broke.  Oops, I didn't bring the power cord and M$ has upgraded them.  Call in the Dastard.  Whew, the box still doesn't work (I had visions of going to the mechanic or the doctor and the issue is no longer there, "but I swear it was doing that yesterday").  This is the second replacement for the original elite I got over a year ago so the replacement plan will not be effective for this last box and I need to purchase a new replacement plan.  Damn right I will.  If nothing else it is peace of mind.  We have now owned 5 xboxes.  I realize that most have us beat, but wow, that 's a lot.

So, we leave with a new elite and two new games (Indiana Jones lego and Kung Fu Panda) and a new PS3 game [Motorstorm: Pacific Rim(?)] and a new replacement plan.  Eh, I suppose it could have been worse.

Merry Christmas all!!!

Keep on Go!

On the back is a sticker with the serial number and other numbers. It should also have 12V--12 or 12V--14. The Jaspers are 12V--12. \r \r I had to replace my Elite again yesterday and received the two free games, but got the old version and not a Jasper :(
