Curiousity
So I am an emergency room nurse, which means that I see alot of people, which means that I write huge amounts of paperwork for each person, in triplicate, which means that I write the date maybe 300 times on average a day. October 18th, 10/18/06, over and over and over.
NOT ONE TIME ALL DAY DID I REALIZE IT WAS MY 20TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Granted, we have been separated for more than a year, divorce moving along, he is not a part of my life. But still, very curious as to what mental process took place to have me not remember my 20th

I don't know how you have time to even think about personal things in an emergency room. The focus is not on self, but others (and the paperwork!). Gamerchicklet probably got it best, why think about the disquieting (or painful, or negative).
Wow congrats 1st of all not many people seem to take marriage as seriously as it should be :)\r

Good sign is though your not thinking this is too long bad sign could be that you werent expecting it to be a special day so subconciously blocked it out so not to be dissapointed :)
Does sound like you've moved on, a good thing IMO.\r

Wish I could forget mine sometimes, but 9/11 will be a tough one.
The glass sculpture pic and quote should be removed here, in its' context is totally innapropriate. \r
Banter freely all you want, spew whatever you need to, PLEASE do what you feel necessary and makes you OK, Emmy....\r
but remove the sculpture/phrase from these pages my old friend, they are not yours alone to sell, definately not for bartering friendship and acceptance in a gaming forum. \r
It's ugly, out of line and a poor reflection on a good person!\r
Thanks in advance for its' removal. You can remove this comment along with it if you like....up to you. Do the right thing is all I ask here.
