\"Smells\" should also include food. I've some co-workers that eat food that smells worse than stuff I've smelled in airport restrooms. I've gone 'WTF?! Is someone cooking sewage around here?' when walking through the cubicle farm at mealtimes.\r \r As for privacy - if you want to discuss something privately with someone else, find an empty conference room, take a walk outside, or socialize on your own time somewhere else. There is no privacy in a cubicle farm so adjust your social skills to compensate.\r \r While on the subject of noise. If you don't speak the same as the majority in the office (ie English), then take your personal cell conversation outside, to a conference room, or call them back after you leave work. I don't care what you are saying, and if I can't understand it then you are just making noise - knock it off!
