I'm with Mike. The cops looked like they were staking the street for a specific biker. Good for them. They got their guy.\r \r or maybe the cyclist had just snatched a purse from some old lady up the street and the portly cop knew the only way to catch him was to put some weight into it?\r \r or maybe the cop is just a mean son-of-a-bitch working a second shift and he just decided, wtf, lets have some fun!

That cyclist must have done something, even if it doesn't merit such a takedown, but something must have provoked the officer.

I bet that was Midnighter, or one of his hippie friends on their way to protest some ridiculous \"cause\".
