countdown to Florida Vacation

Next week is my week vacation from work, and I cant wait, not only for the break from work, but I am going to Florida with my girlfriend for 4 days, doin a tour of Nasa space center, Universal Studios, and what ever else appeals to us.  Never been to Florida, only really been east once....a 36 hour round trip weekend to Goose Creek South Carolina, there and back.  And I havnt been out of the state of Missouri now for almost 3 years!!!!  I cant wait, I will however miss my 360.....I am having a friend house sit, so he can keep it company!!!!  So if anyone knows any good places to check out in the Kissimmee area let me know.
