Countdown begins

There are less than 4 days until the xbox elite is offered for sale.  I have asked Dastard to accompany me to Walmart before midnight Saturday night but, I'm wondering if it wouldn't be better to try for  one at the local Best Buy and get the extended warranty.  I'm torn since I KNOW he does not like to stand in line!  Nor do I for that matter.  I would really like to join my clan in some games.  But, at the same time, I will still have a little over a week left before I am completely finished with finals.  Not having a console has been better for getting classwork finished. What a conundrum.

The office called today and it looks as if I will be out of town for the month of May.  So, I will be looking at options for taking the console with me.  June is looking busy also.  I have a lot of catching up to do.  Unfortunately, one of the boys will be visiting during that time and I will only get to see him on weekends.  Oh well, that's the price of having a job.
