Confession
I have a confession to make. I dont watch TV, I really dont. I work 11am-11pm 4-5 nights a week, so never can I ever see something on a regular basis. I didnt watch Lost. or Heroes, or anything much else. However, my teenager girls DO watch TV. And they rented all of the seasons of Grays Anatomy, and I was "exposed". I actually found myself watching last nights episode on abc.com.( missed due to work), instead of playing H3. I AM ADDICTED. And I love it.

I used to watch it with my wife. The first two seasons seemed great to me but these last ones just have been dissapointing to us. I stop watching all together. It seems ABC can get the show off it's feet but then they just throw it off a flight of stairs. Just like Lost, Desperate Housewives, Grays Anatomy, etc..
A PS3? You're dead to me......
OMG....dude you did the exact same thing I did. I went to best buy and told the guy I wanted the 40gig which was the last one they had and he said it doesn't play PS2 games...I said I don't care I want to watch movies...and I had a HDMI from the first one I bought (yeah I sold it because I hated it) I bought mine today after hearing that toshiba dumped the hd-dvd so I bought another PS3 and said the same exact shit you did and think the same exact stuff about it like you
Yeah, a friend of mine said he was thinking about taking the plunge and getting a PS3 for the Blu-Ray. I told him I would sooner spend $1000 on a Blu-Ray player that only had composite output before I would get a PS3.\r
So you may have lost some respect for making the purchase, but all will be forgiven when you finally sell the PS3 :)\r
Anywho, I assume the picture is pretty good? Do you know if it outputs any HD / lossless audio?

while I am a xbox fangirl, it is still sad to see sony stoop to such lows. The PS2 was a decent console- too bad the PS3 couldnt continue the trend instead of sucking monkey nuts. \r
