computers can be a pain

omg......the one thing every PC builder fears...bios updates failing. freaking A. Sorry to hear that man. \r \r I'll refrain from doing an update on my mobo for the time being...I've got an asus too...

I have an asus as well...I refuse to do any bios updates....just for that very reason.

I did a bios update when I first put it together, it worked fine. I usually only do a bios update if it has a feature I need. Like my last computer had a bios update to boot off usb. Improved timings sounded good.\r \r With newer chipsets like the P35 I figure you need to do at least one update because all the bugs were not worked out before production.
