Comics are awesome.

I work for a major corp. and sometimes I tell people that management has told us to go around and remove all the Dilberts from people's cubes.I tell them that mangement's feelings are hurt and that they're tired of being the butt of labor's jokes.\r Sadly,some of them believe me.:)

My manager has the \"pointy-haired boss\" as his avatar for our IM system. I guess they are in on the jokes here. :)

Great post. Me and my co-workers usually get a kick out of the Dilbert comics. I'm also a software engineer and have a lot of the same frustrations.
