COG Armor update

Alright. I have a small progress report. I started tracing the templates out onto the foam and actually got some pieces cut out. Got 3 or 4 more pieces to cut before I can start shaping and gluing the boot together.

Here are some pics.

Stenciled traced onto the foam with a sharpie. Pencils didn't leave a very visible mark. It'll be covered with paint so no worries.

Woooo! Pieces cut out! Only 2 weeks behind schedule.

Here's the edge of a piece after it's cut. I'm just using a utility knife. So will be using the dremel to sand & clean up the edges before they are shaped & glued together.

That's about it for this post. I'll have some updates either tonight or tomorrow. Walking Dead is on tonight so I don't know if i'll get anything done after that.
