COD Map Pack - 6:30 AM EASTERN

Yeah, it will probably be a double blog day.

Quick news, - Map pack seems to be there. I don't know if it is because I had a token or not, but I downloaded the Pack at 6:30AM this morning EASTERN time.

I haven't taken a crack at them yet, I will around lunch time.

UPDATE: 10:47AM

I downloaded the new maps this morning at 6:30AM.

I scurried home for an early lunch and played Chinatown and Broadcast.

IW deserves a standing ovation.

After agreeing that no one would shoot for the first two minutes of Chinatown, the load in was breathtaking. Grown men, giggling like school girls. Gasps, "Look at the damn courtyard!" "The Crack Shack is a Laundrymat!" I laughed the whole map. So did these random guys. It was like a 5th grade sleepover. Caretan never looked so damn good.

Broadcast was next up. This map is HUGE. You have the entire TV station with multiple levels and entrances. Everything connects, it's like Vacant times 20. Then outside you have a Sniper Camp. Like the backside of Backlot with, again, multiple levels. From the Roof to the parking lot, this map was made for Ground War.

I had to log out then, didn't get into Creek or Killzone. Best hour I've spent in a long time. These maps are beautiful: dynamic colors, extreme layouts, excellent cover. It's like falling in Love all over again.
