Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Athena - Early Impressions?

Has anyone played the CoR: Dark Athena demo on LIVE yet? I liked the gameplay and the graphics alot and the voice sync/expressions in the 3d animation were some of the best I've seen. The multiplayer looks to be interesting too - especially the "Pitch Black" mode (can't wait to find out what that is about). I only hope that private matches are an option or it could sink it for me. For now though definitely on my wish list — as soon as I pay off my last game (Halo Wars)! Anyone else thinking of getting Dark Athena?

The release date came and went on this and though I think I'd like it, the lack of a co-op online mode made me hesitate. I just don't have enough time for single-player campaigns these days. Oh well.
