Well, having now gone through the muscle biopsy, it's a waiting game. I am confident God will give us the patience we need to get through the next 3-4 months, and His will be done.

Patience

Through Atlanta traffic and reading the book of James, God slapped a word in my head, so strong, that I can't believe I haven't written about it before. It is something I have BIG issues with and I know others have problems with it as well. PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE! I have always known I had a problem with it, but never really knew what to do about it. You can't just pray about getting it. You really need to be proactive and get in the Word. Here is a really encouraging word for you all:

James 5:7-12

Patience in Suffering

7Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. 8You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord's coming is near. 9Don't grumble against each other, brothers, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!
10Brothers, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
12Above all, my brothers, do not swear--not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. Let your "Yes" be yes, and your "No," no, or you will be condemned.

Man, that hit me square in the nose!! Is God awesome or what?! If you are in traffic like me, be patient. If you are in a long line at the store, be patient. If you have prayed and prayed and prayed for something or someone, be patient. The Lord will bless you and others in His time, not yours. If you suffer in patience, you will be rewarded immensely. Example, when you were a child, did you ever want something sooooooooooooo bad and it was always out of stock, or your parents didn't get it for you right then and there? Then, one day, it was available, or your mom or dad bought it for you and brought it home after work. Remember that feeling? Overwhelming joy!!!! To take a phrase the notable commercials.......patience:  priceless!
God bless you all and have a wonderful week in the Lord. We love every one of you. These words are not from me, but from God. He has been the one to bless you, I am simply His microphone.
