Chicago Lan

As you may know I am somewhat of a social retard.

If not here is the score.

I am 31 years old, my closest friend is immrpete, who lives many states away.

I am a gregarous person. but..

Aside from him there are a few work chums I have.   But I don't do anything outside of work with them.

It seems social interaction is limited to those with the same insterest.  Most of the people I work with don't game.

(Side bar:  I did WOW with a number of people I know in real life, but I have a problem playing that game too much.  Within a few weeks of quitting I lost contact with most of them.)

I want to attend the Chicago Lan.  If  Pete goes then I am there. Without question.

I will be drunk, I have reverted back to a fun drunk in my old age, I figure 2 cases of Blatz should do. (Though they are bringing back Schlitz soon.)

I have no consoles anyone would like to play, and I wont be bringing my pc, will there be anyone I could group up with in the event Pete don't roll up there?
