Catching The Halo Bug !

Last night i actually had a dream about a game. It happens sometimes and the dream is never worth remembering but this time it was different as I have yet to play the bloody game! Y es , dont tell anyone, it was a Halo 3 dream.

What is strange is that i am not , by definition , a halo fan. I got halfway in the halo2 campaign (easy mode, i think) and have never played multiplayer  on either game because i only went "online"  in December 2005, when i got my 360. SO why the hell am i so excited about Halo3?

I realised it was because of many things :

(1) bungie are a really innovative software company who have been given whatever budget, time and staff they need to make the game they wanted to make.

(2) This game is absolutely 100% crucial to Microsoft so nothing will be allowed to get in the way....

(3) Multiplayer online has  completely moved on since the launch of  Halo 2 , three years ago.:  4 player coop , saving films, and  map editing are the "new era" of multiplayer.

(4) Not so many ranked matches with achievements... hence no need to open your heart to complete unknowns...

(5) Not so much cheating  will be seen this time... due to console updates , bans ... and the increasing difficulty of modding your xbox ...

I am sure there are more reasons but its too early in the morning haha so i am off back to bed to have another halo 3 dream!
