I just purchased a Castlevania game board for my Nintendo Placychoice-10 Coin-op machine and let me tell you, this game is even better when played on a cabinet unit. I spent about 3 hours playing last night and couldn't get enough. I have always loved this game and playing it on a full-sized cab really adds to the fun factor. Check out these screen shots (sorry for the blurry pics. I am still trying to figure out how to take good photos of on screen video games).

I have several more games on order for this cab, including Dr. Mario, 1942, Contra, Double Dragon and Mike Tyson's Punchout (as the PC-10 Cab's name implies, it can hold up to 10 game boards at one time). This is going to be one sweet set-up once I get the game library filled out.


11th Annual International Classic Video Game Tournament Starts Tomorrow!


I will be heading up to Laconia, NH tomorrow for this event and hope to bring back some audio interviews and maybe even some video footage of the action. I may even enter the competition just for the fun of it, though given results from the previous 10 years, I don't have a snowball's chance in hell of placing. These guys are good at what they do. That's great! and that thing Gatsu said. Take more pics. \r \r I've spent many hours playing Castlevania. I still own the games and play them when the moon is high......howl owwwooo!

Gatsu & Char, There are some pics of the full cab a few blogs back. I will take some more over the weekend and post them as well.\r \r Budman, next gaming party will probably be sometime in the fall. We try not to have them too frequently as that would make them less special. :)
