Can it get much dumber?
For those that don't know me, I work in phone sale. Yesterday I get a call from a customer wanting to place an order. So I ask for his customer id number; he doesn't have, no big deal. Then I proceed to look him up...
Me - "Sir what is your last name and your zip code"?
Customer - "Uhh uhh my last name...wait a minuet let me right it down"
Me - "Sir you don't know your last name"?
Customer - "Oh you mean my name"?
Me - "Yes Sir your last name"
After about 5 minutes on the phone I finally get this guys last name and it was a simple a Johnson. It took another two minutes to get his zip code out of him, and by that time he had no idea as to why he called so he said he'd call back later. Is there something in the water tat these people drink that just makes them that stupid or are we headed for a society like the one in Idiocracy? 
Dear "Higher Being" (me being politically correct) please make the stupid people quit multiplying! lol
