FWIW, I left a twitter-logged comment that it was a modded Xbox 360, not an exploit per se. One of the douches at the heart of the video is revealed in this 2Old2Play forum thread. I previously posted a thread there about the vid, and the 2Old2Play forumers recognized it for the hardware cheat it is.
