Buying a house, kind of

So, I'm probably going to put a contingency offer in on a house this afternoon.  For those who don't know, I'm basically saying "I'll buy this house if I sell my house in the next XX days, but if anybody else wants to buy the house and I can't come up with the money in 48 hours, you can sell it out from under me."

Not exactly the way I wanted to go, but with the housing market tanking right now, I'm just hoping to get my house sold and get into a new one in the next month.

On the upside, it's all pre-wired for 7.1 surround sound and comes with a free 50" plasma TV, so here's hoping everything works out.
