Strong opions with an open mind are hard to find Fetal.......you have a great balance with this. I personally would like to blog more,I hesitate so many times I want to link or drop a pic in with a few lines that are related to my thoughts....because I'm a total idiot with these things. I would like to do many small tidbits, but my skills are far short of many simple tasks.I can disassemble any Japanese or Italian motorcycle,modify it in most any form and do any repairs or tuning needed. But some things just dont \"click\" with some of us, like a simple copy/paste or link etc.My hats off to those who can and the many that add variety in the mix of the regulars, indeed a melting pot. oldman...jesus...if i knew half what you know about motorcycle maintainence, i'd be a bhuddist monk. blog about it man. many of us are complete mechanical morons. you obviously understand the working of a combustion engine. do a blog explaining simple things so us laymen could try and understand your passion for rice rockets and ducatis. hell man, i'm thinking of doing a restoration job on an old '80 camaro junker. your blog could be a jumping off point for me.

Never said it was a contest. I like hoobs. And i agree with you 100%. it is not a contest, and i'm not looking for more views. i get about 200 per entry, which is plenty for me. but others i have noticed, who have great posts, only get about 30 to 40 views a month. some of these guys are diamonds in the rough, and you have to look to find them, but once you do, you get the luxury of having more entertainment for yourself. i just want people to try and find these blogs, and bookmarks, like yours and soup's, are excellent places to start. once they click on someone's name and find them, they can then click on that person's bookmarks and surf the blogs for anything to read. it is hard for some of these guys to get read because they're only in the top four for about an hour, and generally off the top 25 by the end of the day. show some love and search some bookmarks.

Fetal you are the why I started to read blogs, your story about the frig falling throw the ceiling is just to funny. I have blogged a couple of times got good comments on the first one because it was funny. Then the comments just tapered off. So your right that doesn't go good for the confidence if no ones replies. Old Man River I know a guy that would love to read your blogs, he's a motorcycle crazy I love reading other people's blogs.

I want to start more blogs (and yes some m/c stuff), take some pics and post. My pc is an old server and has no usb port or soundcard(not that the later matters), so it makes some stuff not do-able. Stuff is changing in the future it looks so financially I can upgrade it looks like in the next few months(I might post up now).But dont expect too much regularly til a few months from now.\r \r Poor Fir3, when did he become the fat kid? :)

I tell my students to write what they know, not about their summer vacation. I find my blog a great place to journal. I'm also finding I could write a book some day, if so inclide. Thought provoking Post. . .

You know Rock, a lot of people complain about having teenagers. But sharing with them, listening to them (something I don't always do enough of), and seeing them grow up is such a humbling yet great experience. So glad your kids got a dad who's heart is soft towards God, we are going to see the fruits of a great Dad one day!
