Big adjustment

I have worked from home for the last 10 years but recentley was laid off because the company I worked for was sold and I was deemed redundent.


So, yesterday I started a new job. In an office, where I can't surf any website I want and I can't check personal email. UGGhhhh.


Less pay (for now) more hours and I am in an office. At least it is employment.

No personal email? That's madness!\r I was just talking to my little brother about \"the grown up world\". Not quite as glamorous as we thought it'd be.\r \r So, no more Halo in the afternoon, but you'll enjoy it so much more at night now ;)

Like you said, any paycheck is better than none. Keep your head up, and nose down, and you'll do fine. :)
