Best buy f-ing sucks

I want to go over to BB and pick up Rock Band on my lunch break but I want to call and make sure they have it first. Well if I call the store and try to speak to a 'sales representative' that line is conveniently out of service. What the fuckety fuckin fuck? 'Oh we know a lot of people will be calling today so let's just disconnect the line so they can't bother us'. Screw those a-holes. It's the only damn place I can get to on my lunch break and I'm not gonna blow the whole break only to find out they don't have the POS over there. What the fuck ever happened to customer service in this damn country? I guess I won't be picking this one up until they restock after the holidays.


Edit: I finally got through on the phone line, I don't know what the deal was there. But they have them and the guy said they aren't going terribly fast. So yet again I was quick to jump to conclusions and become angry. But what fun would it be if I didn't do that?

if you go online you can see if its in stock or not

The site doesn't list that item at all for whatever ghey reason. I will check and see if there is some other way to look though, thanks for the info Baine.

Actually they do list it but it says 'unavailable for store pickup', so I don't know how to access the inventory list.

I make it NSFW just so I can swear up a shitload. But one of these times I'm gonna put some nasty hardcore porn up there and Baine is gonna be fucked.\r \r Hookers--Rabb remember, I haven't bought the cow yet, I still get the milk. Not really for free--but I am still getting it.
